You are responsible for confirming all transaction details before payment, including phone numbers, account numbers, meter numbers and amounts.
Transactions that have been successfully completed may not be reversible where the service has already been delivered.
If a transaction fails or remains pending, you may contact our support team for assistance.
Some services may attract applicable fees, which will be displayed before you complete a transaction.
Where a transaction fails and your account has been debited, RystalPay will investigate and process an eligible refund or reversal in accordance with the applicable service provider's procedures.
Refunds are not guaranteed for successfully completed transactions caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
You are responsible for keeping your login details, PINs and verification information secure.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
RystalPay may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, illegal activity or violation of these Terms.
Some RystalPay services are provided through third-party partners such as banks, telecommunications companies, utility providers and payment processors.
RystalPay is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must not use RystalPay for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, illegal activities, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
RystalPay may modify, suspend or discontinue any service where necessary. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
